Mediterranean Layered Dip

This Mediterranean Layer Dip is not only ridiculously delicious, but also a great wholesome appetizer that feeds a crowd. It comes together quickly with only a few simple ingredients and has all the fresh delicious flavors you love in greek food!

The cool tzatziki and creamy hummus form a perfect base for veggies and toppings, but the real magic? Ingredients

  • 10 oz original flavor prepared hummus
  • 5 oz tzatziki
  • 10-12 cherry tomatoes hopped
  • 1/2 cucumber, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Kalamata olives, sliced
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp Greek seasoning (Cavinders Greek)
  • 5–6 peperoncini peppers, sliced (optional)

Instructions

  1. On a large, flat serving platter or plate, spread the hummus in a smooth, even layer.
  2. Spread the tzatziki on top of the hummus, leaving a 1/2-inch border of hummus showing around the edge.
  3. Sprinkle on the tomatoes, cucumbers, pepperoncini, olives, green onions, and crumbled feta—layering each ingredient while still leaving a small border.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil and Greek seasoning, then drizzle over the top of the dip. Let it run down the sides and drizzle over the hummus.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for up to 3 hours before serving.
  6. Serve with Luke’s Organic Multigrain Chips, pita wedges, cucumber slices, or bell pepper strips. Enjoy!
