Ingredients
- 10 oz original flavor prepared hummus
- 5 oz tzatziki
- 10-12 cherry tomatoes hopped
- 1/2 cucumber, chopped
- 1/4 cup Kalamata olives, sliced
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp Greek seasoning (Cavinders Greek)
- 5–6 peperoncini peppers, sliced (optional)
Instructions
- On a large, flat serving platter or plate, spread the hummus in a smooth, even layer.
- Spread the tzatziki on top of the hummus, leaving a 1/2-inch border of hummus showing around the edge.
- Sprinkle on the tomatoes, cucumbers, pepperoncini, olives, green onions, and crumbled feta—layering each ingredient while still leaving a small border.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil and Greek seasoning, then drizzle over the top of the dip. Let it run down the sides and drizzle over the hummus.
- Chill in the refrigerator for up to 3 hours before serving.
- Serve with Luke’s Organic Multigrain Chips, pita wedges, cucumber slices, or bell pepper strips. Enjoy!
