Ingredients

  • 8 oz. feta cheese, crumbled (best from a block)
  • ¾ cup whole milk Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil, plus more for serving
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • Pinches of lemon zest
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 4 tbsp crushed pistachios, for topping
  • Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
  • Aleppo pepper or red pepper flakes, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Blend the dip: In a food processor, combine feta, Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, zest and garlic. Pulse until creamy and smooth. Scrape down the sides if needed.
